Tiger Rahman is leading a series of introspective and restorative asana practices at MaTovu. (Cash offerings welcome)
These classes will bring in the voices of writers, justice workers, and activists who invite us to reflect on our own power, how we use it, and how we might bring restoration into the world.
Some mats and blankets will be available - bringing your own or brining additional blankets and pillows is recommended.
Cozy clothes are encouraged.
No experience required other than finding your breath.
