Secular Jewish Theology
Secular Jewish Theology
Every other Wednesday 7-8pm, starting March 10 (ongoing)
Secular Jewish Theology is dedicated to reading texts about Jewish religious ideas and practice. The group is named “secular” in that no particular religious orientation is required and it is particularly organized to be welcoming to Jews who do not have significant knowledge of this topic (though all are welcome). Readings will be relatively short, intellectually engaging, and chosen by group members themselves.

*MaTovu is committed to creating accessible programs for all. In terms of fees, this takes some community support. We ask that you pay on the scale, according to your ability. If you have budget for luxury things like vacations, we ask that you pay at the higher end of the scale. If you don’t have budget wiggle room, choose to pay what you can. Those who can pay more directly support MaTovu’s ability to stay a welcoming and accessible place for all.
