Return, Release, Renew: Embodied Shabbat for the New Year

Here at the beginning of the Jewish new year and at the turning of the Autumn Equinox we gather for 2 hours of embodied reflection, renewal, and ritual. Through meditation, gentle movement, personal reflection, and shared ritual, we will honor this turning of the year, the turning of the earth, and the turning that is always in motion in our own souls. Come for a time to connect deeply with yourself, your Source and this holy season.

Your facilitator: Lizzie Salsich is a ritualist and group facilitator with over ten years’ experience guiding folks skillfully and compassionately into their bodies and hearts via song, ceremony, and somatic practice. She teaches restorative yoga classes locally and guides ritual and ceremony for community renewal and wellbeing. She also hosts small group spiritual companionship and supports individuals to follow their own thread of inner unfolding in relationship to the Divine.

Advance registration is required. Cost is on a sliding scale from $5-$15.

What to bring: A yoga mat, 1-2 blankets, a journal and a pen
