Embodying Racial Justice Training

Are you ready to embody the antidotes to white supremacy culture? Are you longing for other anti-racist white folks to co-create a resilient, joyful, and creative anti-racist community and culture? Come out to the vibrant midwest, where we are building just that! Especially if you are Jewish, queer, trans, and/or hold another marginalized identity AND you are white, this is a place for us continue to do the learning together from the body up!  This in-person, 4-day, interactive course will build your capacity, embodiment, and understanding of yourself as a white organizer/ activist/ coach working inside of liberation movements in the US at this time. Let's move beyond our intellectual frameworks and into a different way of being together!

This course includes:

  • Learning both individual and small group practices that serve as embodied antidotes to white supremacy ways of being.

  • Learning and going through a 7 step "Arc of Transformation" process

  • Learning to recognize our socialized patterns of behavior / nervous system's habitual responses and generate alternatives for ourselves so we can be in more choice under pressure for the sake of interrupting white supremacy patterns and being more easeful, trustworthy, and flexible white people.

  • Being in community with other anti-racist white folks who are learning together what collective liberation feels like

This program is sponsored by Core, MaTovu, Seed and Spiral and kindred currents.
